At-Home Social-Emotional Learning

Social-emotional learning is the process of developing and using social and emotional skills.  Children with strong social-emotional skills understand and regulate emotions, feel and show empathy for others, and create and maintain positive relationships.  Social-emotional skills help children thrive in school and in life.

The following Social-Emotional Learning activities are offered for at-home learning with parental or adult care-giver guidance and supervision.  There are three levels of learning based on a child's age and developmental skills.  These activities are not intended to replace professional therapy or other mental health care or treatment.  Please read our full disclaimer below prior to initiating any of our emotion coaching learning activities with your child.
